Pizzeria marketing book available for free download prior to Canadian Pizza Show

Oscoda, MI – Restaurant consultant Kamron Karington has published a pizzeria and restaurant marketing guide called The Black Book, which is available to download for free until Oct. 18.

Dave Ostrander, who is a special guest speaker at the Canadian Pizza Show on Monday, Oct. 19, helped Karington develop the book’s first edition in 2000.

“When I edited and critiqued his original manuscript way back I was blown away. I nicknamed it ‘Pizza Marketing on Steroids,’ Ostrander said.

“I don’t know how many times I’ve packed the book in my luggage for a client assignment. It’s really that powerful.”
