Pizza school launching in Toronto

June 10, 2010, Toronto – A new demo area in the Faema showroom on Dupont
Street in Toronto will be home to a pizza training school launching in late
September/early October in partnership with Moretti Forni of Canada.

Italian pizza master Maurizeo Leone will be featured in the
introductory multi-day event focused on new pizza techniques and trends
happening in Italy. Course content will cover aspects such as making more digestible
dough, healthier dough and how to create different shapes and types of pizzas.

The ongoing programs will offer a combination of business
and culinary education. Students will also have the opportunity to test new
equipment. Francesco Zulian, area manager for Moretti Forni of Canada, says the
school’s goal is to help pizzerias create a healthier, higher quality product.
