Pizza Pizza founder passes away

April 6, 2010, Toronto –

Michael Overs, chairman, CEO and founder of the Pizza Pizza, passed away on March 31.

Paul Goddard, a vice-president of the company and Overs'
son-in-law, has been appointed as acting CEO on an interim
basis and will lead the company's management team overseeing day-to-day
operations and corporate strategy.
