Dec. 12, 2008, Toronto – Pizza Pizza rolled out a wireless
technology that allows customers to pay for their delivery orders using their
debit card.

No longer will customers have to fumble for cash in their
pockets or purses to pay for their delivery. People will have the option of
completing the transaction with the simple swipe of their debit card, credit
card or the recently upgraded Pizza Pizza gift card. All transactions are
routed through a secure wireless mobile terminal provided by BNA Smart Payment
Systems Ltd. Pizza Pizza is among the largest chains in Canada’s quick-service
restaurant industry to roll out such a comprehensive wireless payment solution.

“We’ve been piloting this technology for quite some time,
and the response from customers has been overwhelmingly positive,” says Pat
Finelli, chief marketing officer for Pizza Pizza. “This technology adds a new
layer of convenience to the ordering process and we are happy to provide this
service through all our Pizza Pizza and Pizza 73 traditional restaurant
locations.”

The service is subject to wireless coverage in the area. Pizza
73 has been using wireless debit technology since Jan. 1, 2003 and has replaced
their existing terminals with the new BNA Payment Systems Ltd. devices.
