Pizza ovens designed made entirely of stone and concrete to maintain heat

Zio Ciro manufactures several models of wood and gas fired pizza ovens in Sardegna, Italy.
The ovens are constructed entirely of refractory stone and concrete, unlike others that are stainless steel in the inside, said Jim Santoro, the manufacturer’s eastern Canada representative.
“The refractory concrete maintains better heat. Our ovens are wood, propane and natural gas fired, and the Subito Cotto has the dual option of wood and natural gas.”
The Subito Cotto comes in sizes, 60, 80 and 100.
The other two models are the Nano and the Mini.
The company maintains a showroom in Concord, Ont., and is actively seeking distributor in Canada. For more information, contact Santoro directly (kinglangdon63@gmail.com) or visit the website.
