March 13, 2013, Toronto – Dominic Primucci, president of Pizza Nova, will go undercover on W Network's Undercover Boss Canada, airing Thursday, March 14 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on W Network.
While in disguise in his own stores, Primucci gains a fresh perspective
on Pizza Nova – and the possible challenges the company faces by growing their chain
of franchises.
In the series Undercover Boss Canada, Canadian CEOs disguise themselves and infiltrate their own
unsuspecting workforce. Each episode sees a prominent executive go on
an emotional and eye-opening journey from the top office to the ground
level, for the betterment of the company, their employees, and
themselves
"I've been making pizzas since I was a kid, I was born into this
business, founded by my father and his brothers," said Primucci in a press release. He added that the timing was great as the company is celebrating its 50th birthday. "It's a perfect time to
work undercover, remind myself what it's like to be in our stores every
day, to see what's changed for better or worse, as we continue to grow
and look toward our next 50 years."
