April 8, 2011, Toronto – Pizza Nova has been named the official pizza of Sprockets: The Toronto International Film Festival for Children and Youth.
Sprockets is a Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) initiative that offers children and youth the opportunity to learn about cultural perspectives from around the world through the power of moving images.
Pizza Nova has been the official pizza of the TIFF for the past four years, and is now also the lead sponsor of the Sprockets Opening Night Programme. The festival’s opening night will feature the world premiere of Disney Pixar’s highly anticipated short film Hawaiian Vacation, a 3D Toy Story cartoon in which Woody, Buzz and the rest of the gang give Ken and Barbie the Hawaiian vacation of their dreams.
Opening night audience members will also be treated to free Pizza Nova gourmet pizzas and a sneak peek at the upcoming Disney Pixar release, Cars 2.
The Sprockets festival runs April 5 through 17 at the TIFF Bell Lightbox.
