Blame the Canadian Dairy Commission.
That's
what pizzeria owners and other restaurateurs said yesterday, after the
Crown agency announced a 1 per cent hike in the price paid to farmers
for industrial milk.

The agency justified the hike, which takes
effect Feb. 1., saying farmers are facing soaring costs for feed, fuel
and fertilizer this year.
