April 11, 2012, Quebec – For the first time in more than five
years, Pizza Hut is opening its doors to Quebec entrepreneurs with a
big appetite for success and a passion for pizza. Pizza Hut is looking
to double its slice of the Quebec pizza market through an aggressive
expansion throughout the province.

"We're excited to keep the Quebec-Pizza Hut love affair
aflame by expanding across the province with new concept franchises," says Montreal franchising consultant Michel Gagnon, who is working with
Pizza Hut.

Over the last year, the Quebec QSR pizza category has outpaced the rest
of Canada and has grown by eight per cent, while Pizza Hut generated more sales revenue than any other pizza chain in Quebec in the past four years.

"Many new exciting franchise opportunities exist across Quebec,"
explains Gagnon, adding that, over the next few years, Pizza Hut is
focused on increasing its total Quebec locations from 40 to 80 or more.

The new Pizza Hut Delivery units feature a fiery new design concept. Pizza Hut delivery franchises typically require between 900 square feet
and 1,200 square feet of occupancy space and are equipped with
back-of-house equipment systems, including high-speed pizza ovens to
create Pizza Hut's pan pizzas, stuffed crusts and oven-baked pastas, as well as fryers to prepare WingStreet wings.

Gagnon says Pizza Hut
signature dishes are top-sellers in Quebec and Pizza Hut is home
to Quebecers' favourites, like stuffed crust and cheesy bites, and Pizza
Huts in Quebec sell more than two times more stuffed crust than in the rest
of Canada.
