June 30, 2014, Montreal – A new pizza concept is offering
customized pizzas and baked paninis at lightning speed.

Customers choose a menu item or pick their dough/bread,
sauce, vegetables, meats, cheese, drizzle sauces, spices and specialty
ingredients. Staff then bake the pizzas and paninis using
house dough and bread recipes that take just two minutes and 15 seconds.

The menu also includes dessert pizzas, fresh salads, vegan
and vegetarian options, gluten-free meals and lactose-free cheeses.

“The response is overwhelming. We knew we had something
special when we started our plans in 2013,” said Pannizza co-founder and chief
executive officer Derek Massad in a news release.

"The key was to start with simple, wholesome
ingredients and then provide a new, unique kind of product that everyone can
enjoy,” said co-founder and chief operations officer Terry Faulconbridge in the
release.

The partners have worked with such brands as Subway, Ben &
Florentine, Loblaws, Mikes, Tutti-Frutti and McDonald’s.

Pannizza has more than 150 restaurants sold or in
development in three countries since it opened its first location in May 2014
in Laval, Que. Two more Canadian locations will open in August on Sherbrooke
Street West in Montreal and Greenfield Park, Que., and a fourth, on University
Niveau Metro, in Montreal, will open in October.
