August 17, 2011 – OHAUS Corporation introduces the Valor 5000 line of standard and high resolution compact bench scales.
Designed to clearly and quickly display results within two seconds, the Valor 5000 boasts a large, backlit LCD display with multiple weight units and an audible buzzer to alert users when limits are reached, providing efficient measurement in food portioning and check-weighing applications.
The scale also features a remote tare foot switch connection for flexible operation, an integrated level bubble and adjustable slip-resistant rubber feet, and uses a standard AC power adapter with an internal lead acid rechargeable battery pack.
The Valor 5000 supports Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) compliance.
