Toronto – Restaurants Canada’s 2018 show will focus on innovation, taking a closer look behind the scenes at the products and services from Canada and around the world that have changed the culinary landscape and are set to impact the future of our industry.
The trade show and culinary event will run from Feb. 25 to 27, 2018, at the Enercare Centre in Toronto.
Eight pavilions will host tasting experiences, live demos, and more than 100 presentations on three stages, Restaurants Canada said in a news release.
Canada’s Space Agency and the Canadian Agriculture and Food Museum’s “Space to Spoon” exhibit will highlight Canada’s world leadership in satellite technology and show how scientists, farmers and chefs and technology impact the food we grow, serve and eat.
Main stage content will include the future of food with lessons on incorporating creativity and innovation into the food experience, and chef Charlotte Langley returns with a food feature that will bring together chefs, products and services.
