announced its acquisition of Harlan Fairbanks.
RICHMOND – Premium Brands Inc. a producer, marketer and distributor of specialty branded consumer food products, recently announced its acquisition of Harlan Fairbanks.
Harlan is Western Canada’s leading distributor of concessionary products, and related equipment to independent concession operators; serving over 8,000 customers from seven locations in Western Canada and one in Seattle, Washington.
Harlan offers its customers a broad selection of specialty food products including popcorn, nachos, frozen beverage supplies (mixes, syrups and accessories), hot beverage supplies (coffee, hot chocolate, cappuccino), waffle mixes, gelato mixes as well as the concession equipment associated with the preparation and serving of these products. Its fiscal 2004 annual sales were approximately $24 million.
