Pizza Nova continues to expand with the planned opening of new stores in Québec. This is the first time in the company’s 43-year history that Pizza Nova is venturing into this competitive market. The first store is scheduled to open in Montréal’s West Island during the fourth quarter of 2006.
Said Domenic Primucci, vice-president of marketing and purchasing at Pizza Nova, “Pizza lovers in the province of Québec will now have a delicious, new alternative with the arrival of Pizza Nova.
“This expansion marks a significant milestone for Pizza Nova. With the majority of our stores located in Southern Ontario, our entry into the Québec market represents a new phase of growth for our company,” Primucci added.
The deal was finalized July 17, with master franchisees for Québec, Rocco and Frank Marziliano, who plan to open 6 to 10 new Pizza Nova locations over the next 12 months.
By the end of 2006, Pizza Nova will have also opened seven new stores in Southern Ontario including locations in Barrie, Burlington, Oshawa, Lindsay, Hamilton and Woodbridge.
