Hobart to give away custom-painted mixer at Pizza Expo

Troy, OH – Commercial food equipment manufacturer Hobart is giving away a custom-painted Legacy HL662 Pizza Mixer at the International Pizza Expo being held in Las Vegas March 4 to 7, 2019.

Hobart will unveil the custom-designed mixer, valued at $20,000, on the first day of the expo at booth 1739. This year’s theme is inspired by the maximum heavy-duty performance of the 60-quart Legacy HL662 Mixer, which features a 2.7-horsepower motor and exclusive variable-frequency-drive technology designed for consistency and durability under the heaviest dough loads.

Other features on the Legacy HL662 include the company’s proprietary Shift-on-the-Fly controls, which allow the operator to change speeds while the mixer is running, and patented Soft Start Agitation Technology that provides a soft transition into higher speed to reduce the opportunity for product splash-out. Combined, these features improve productivity, performance and sanitation, Hobart said in a news release.

To enter to win this Legacy HL662 mixer (a custom-decorated version of the base model, pictured), attendees can submit a completed sweepstakes entry card at the Hobart booth. Cards will be available at the booth beginning at 10 a.m. PST on Monday, March 4, and will also be included in the gift bags provided when entering the show. Only one entry is allowed per attendee and the completed card must be submitted by 11 a.m. on March 7.

Hobart will host the mixer giveaway on Thursday, March 7, at 12:30 p.m. PST on the show floor, Contest Area 1. The winner will be randomly selected from the entries, and he or she must be present to win.
