Los Angeles – Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza, a fast-casual artisanal pizza chain, is offering a large “shareable” pizza as part of the company’s plan to grow its digital delivery and carryout business.

The new 14-inch pizza features scratch-made dough, similar to the current individual 11-inch pizza, Blaze said in a news release. Guests can choose a customizable, build-your-own pizza, or any signature pizza, including the Meat Eater, Green Stripe and Veg Out.

The large pizzas are available exclusively online from participating Blaze Pizza restaurants throughout Canada and the U.S. and can be ordered on the Blaze Pizza app, blazepizza.com and on delivery platforms including DoorDash and Postmates.

Blaze’s new campaign, entitled “Upgrade the Way You Pizza,” invites consumers to try its large shareable pizzas and to order through delivery or carryout.

The company, which operates 341 restaurants in 42 states and six countries, said it expects system-wide sales to exceed $400 million in 2019 and that the move to expand beyond dine-in will allow it to compete in three segments of the pizza category: dine-in, delivery and carryout.
