New world record for most pizzas made in an hour
After turning out a whopping 206 pies in 60 minutes, a Domino’s Pizza franchisee clinched the world record for the most pizzas made in an hour.

in 60 minutes, a Domino’s Pizza franchisee clinched the world record
for the most pizzas made in an hour.
On December 9, 2010, Findlay, Ohio’s Brian Edler shattered the previous Guinness World Record of 168 medium cheese pizzas. The old record was set by The Food Network’s Bob Blumer in July of last year.
Edler is a former U.S. Pizza team member and has won the fastest pizza maker title at various national and international competitions. To prepare for the world record attempt, he spent three months training to turn out pizzas that met the parameters specified by Guinness World Records.
The pies made during the record attempt were cooked in XLT pizza ovens, which Edler credits for helping him meet his goal: “We couldn’t have done it without XLT ovens.”
All proceeds from the sale of Edler’s record setting pizzas were donated to support the United Way of Hancock County and the City Mission of Findlay.
