New series of compact food scales

Jan. 21, 2014, Parsippany, NJ – OHAUS Corporation’s Valor 7000 line of compact scales are suitable for restaurants, bakeries and other foodservice operations.

These scales offer a stabilization time of less than one second. Sensors in the front and back of the scale can be programmed to perform various functions and provide touch-free operation.

There are dual displays with backlights.
Capacity and readability combinations can range from 1.5 kg (3 lbs.) by 0.05g (0.0001 lb.) to 30 kg (60 lbs.) by 1g (0.002 lb.). Valor 7000’s application modes include weighing in pounds, ounces, kilograms, grams, and per cent weighing for use in bakers’ percentages.
