May 15, 2012 – EuroMilan has introduced three new pizza machines designed to speed up the pizza-making process.
The spiral dough mixer allows you to maintain quality of dough when making various amounts. The machine can mix from two kilograms of dough, up to 50 kilograms. The mixer has a shaped rounded bottom, which allows mixing under 10 % of its capacity without changing either the mixing time or the quality of the dough.
After your dough is completed, the dough divider rounder will cut it and then make pizza balls. The machine is able to both cut and round 850 to 1000 pieces of dough per hour, with portion sizes of 110 to 320 grams.
The sprizza, a pizza spreader, spreads the pizza – without warming up the dough – like it is done in the hands of a professional pizza maker. This machine reproduces the manual dexterity of the pizza maker as closely as possible, by imitating the unequalled delicate movements. The patented micro-rolling system assists in making the pizza base without heating with the same rim you would expect from a skilful pizza maker.
