According to the 2005 Liberty Mutual Workplace Safety Index, slip and fall accidents are the second most common workplace injury at 13.7 per cent, and incidents have increased 32.3 per cent just since 1999. The study found these falls cost nearly $7 billion per year in direct expenses to employers. The National Safety Council further estimates $70 billion per year in follow-on costs, such as workers’ compensation payments and medical care.
Vynagrip is chemical, oil and acid resistant for all-around heavy-duty uses. It is available in standard red, blue and black, but can be manufactured in other colours by request. Vynagrip is available in full 33-foot long rolls and half rolls, in widths of 2, 3 or 4 feet. It easily contours to uneven floors and cuts to fit odd-shaped spaces.
