Moretti Ovens Canada hosting Pizza Days in Toronto
Pizza chefs will have the opportunity to learn from an Italian master at Moretti Ovens Canada's
inaugural Pizza Days event running Sept. 13 to 16.
Sept. 1, 2010, Toronto – Moretti Ovens Canada is
bringing pizza chefs the opportunity to learn from an Italian master at their
inaugural Pizza Days event running Sept. 13 to 16.
Join Mario Moretti, CEO of Moretti Forni and Maurizio Leone,
a pizza master from Italy, as they demonstrate how to make authentic Italian
pizza to perfection. Each session will cover mixing and spreading dough,
topping and baking while exploring a variety of pizza styles. Participants will
have the opportunity to see and test different products ranging from bread to
meats and vegetables in Moretti ovens at 672 Dupont Street, suite 106.
The Pizza Days are a four day special event leading up to
the launch of the Toronto Pizza School this fall.
Day and afternoon sessions run 10:00 am to 1:00 pm or 2:00
