MacDougall Food Brokers (MFB) is
now a national broker. The company has added new principals in all
three major regions of the country and a staff of 25 representatives
now coast to coast.
MacDougall Food Brokers (MFB) is now a national broker. The company has added new principals in all three major regions of the country and a staff of 25 representatives now coast to coast.
“We now carry TMF-The Meat Factory, True North Salmon Company, and Carmen Creek Bison nationally,” says company president, Brian MacDougall. “These principals have come to appreciate and expect the five-star level of service that we deliver to each of them. As well, our expansion into the retail marketplace has given us some exciting new sales opportunities.”
MFB-West has also experienced tremendous growth in its first year of operations. Rick Woods, vice-president of MFB-West based out of Calgary has hired on Mr. Al Kennedy as a national account manager for that area.
In the Atlantic region, MFB has added a new director of sales; Mr. Ron Mann. Mann heads up a team of six merchandisers and four foodservice employees.
Mann has recently promoted John Timmons to the position of Atlantic foodservice sales coordinator. Timmons has been with MacDougall almost since inception and has performed well in his role as N.S. territory manager.
