Libretto, Enoteca Sociale serve Italian meal as part of film fest

Toronto – Pizzeria Libretto’s chef Rocco Agostino and Enoteca Sociale’s Chef James Santon will serve a four-course meal following the screening of the 1996 film Big Night, which stars Stanley Tucci and Tony Shaloub as restaurateur brothers.

VIP ticket holders will be treated to a four-course, film-inspired dinner at Pizzeria Libretto’s King Street location directly following the screening at the Royal Cinema, festival organizers said in a news release.

The event takes place Sunday, Oct. 23, 2016, at 5 p.m. and is part of the second annual Eatable film festival. Running from Oct. 22 to 25, Eatable combines film, food, and drink in the tradition of international food and film festivals such as Berlinale Culinary Cinema, Seoul International Food Film Festival and Nova Scotia’s Devour! The Food Film Fest.
