Toronto – Kitchen Hub, a virtual food hall, now provides takeout and delivery at its east-end Toronto location from three new restaurants: Piano Piano, Victory Foods and Brasa Peruvian Kitchen.

Victory Food offers smash burgers and fried chicken from Chef Victor Barry of Piano Piano, with Sicilian pan-style pizza options coming soon.

Kitchen Hub, which opened its first location in Etobicoke in January 2020, offers takeout and delivery from Toronto restaurants — all in one order. The concept allows for the food hall’s surrounding neighbourhoods to have access to restaurants that previously were not in the delivery zone, while providing restaurant partners with the infrastructure and services for them to operate successfully in the on-demand food economy.

“We’re thrilled to expand our offerings at our Parliament location and begin a partnership with Chef Victor Barry,” said Adam Armeland, Kitchen Hub co-founder and CEO. “Piano Piano is a Toronto institution and we’re looking forward to providing the city’s east-end with the restaurant’s classic menu items along with Victory’s epic smash burgers and Brasa’s authentic Peruvian cuisine.”

“Our partnership with Kitchen Hub allows us to expand our footprint significantly — giving more Torontonians the opportunity to experience Piano Piano at home,” Victor Barry said. “What drew us to Kitchen Hub was the ability to maintain full control of our food production to ensure the same quality experienced at all our restaurants without having to worry about the operations needed to reach new Toronto neighbourhoods.”

Existing restaurants at Kitchen Hub’s Parliament Street location include Kanga; Greenhouse Juices; Cheesecake Factory Bakery; Daan GO Macaron Cafe, Le Dolci Bakery, Kawartha Dairy Ice Cream and a full array of unique snacks, sweets, and desserts. All three new restaurants will be offering a variety of menu items. Delivery and pickup from Kitchen Hub is available via KitchenHub.com or all major third-party delivery services.
