Join Canadian Pizza magazine on June 26 at the Waterloo Inn Conference Hotel for the first Canadian Pizza Business Forum. This interactive, one-day conference is designed to help pizzeria operators like you reach the next level in your business. A mix of vendors, speakers, panelists and idea exchange will provide a unique opportunity for pizzaiolos to learn new ideas and best business practices for their pizzeria.

The day’s exciting line up of speakers and sessions includes Diana Coutu, an internationally recognized gourmet pizzaiolo and the co-owner of Diana’s Gourmet Pizzeria in Winnipeg, who will deliver the day’s keynote session on simple and effective ways to market your pizzeria. Scott Anthony, owner of Fox’s Pizza Den in Pennsylvania and author of Profits in the Pie will talk about media and community relations, sharing examples of how to gain publicity and media attention within your neighbourhood. After lunch, a panel of independent operators will share their success stories and discuss how they’ve survived and thrived in competition with the big chains. You’ll have the opportunity to discuss business challenges and solutions with your peers during our Share a Slice Idea Exchange. We’ll round out the afternoon with Jonas Cohen, vice-president of Fuller Landau Consulting Ltd., who will answer your most pressing business questions in a Q&A session. In between sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to network with your peers over lunch and coffee, and visit the trade show floor to check out the latest and greatest supplier products.
