Incentient, a transaction services company, recently launched

SmartCellar, the newest product in their SmartTouch series of touch-screen
technology applications.

Eliminating the need for printed wine lists
on volumes of paper, customers will never be disappointed that their selection
is unavailable because the system updates inventory automatically and will not
display a wine that is out of stock.

By either the bottle or the glass,
customers can search for their wine by price, grape, year, country, region,
characteristics, appellation, etc. The SmartCellar makes wine selection simple enough
for the novice, and detailed enough for even the most seasoned connoisseurs. The
interface can be customized to meet the look and feel requirements of
individual restaurants.

For restaurants that cater to an international
crowd, SmartCellar can be reproduced in up to 150 languages.
