Hobart names winners of mixer and food processor giveaways

Troy, OH – Commercial food equipment manufacturer Hobart has announced the winners of its recent custom-painted mixer and food processor giveaways.

Mandy Kahlon of Antelope, Calif., won a custom-painted Legacy HL662 Pizza Mixer in a random drawing at the 2017 International Pizza Expo in Las Vegas on March 30. It was the 10th anniversary of the Hobart Legacy Mixer Sweepstakes, with this year’s one-of-a-kind design focused on “Family Game Night,” Hobart said in a news release. The mixer featured an interactive game board, complete with magnetic game pieces and a spinner. Mandy and her husband Harry are owners of five Papa John’s franchises and are in the process of opening a sixth location in Antelope.

Hobart also gave away a custom-painted FP150 continuous-feed full hopper food processor recently, based on an online sweepstakes that ended in April. The food processor shares the same design focus as the mixer. Ashley Walsh, co-owner of Yorkholo Brewing Co., Mansfield, Pa. was the winner. The brewery opened six years ago and includes an eatery offering lunch and dinner menus featuring house-made items with locally sourced ingredients.
