HostEx 2006 attracted more than 9,300 hospitality
operators, managers and buyers to Toronto’s International Centre in
October, representing an increase of four per cent over 2005
attendance.
HostEx 2006 attracted more than 9,300 hospitality operators, managers and buyers to Toronto’s International Centre in October, representing an increase of four per cent over 2005 attendance.
This year’s show delivered 7,360 buyers – defined as corporate executives, owners, purchasing agents, chefs and managers – an 18 per cent increase over the number of buyers who attended HostEx in 2005.
HostEx is owned and operated by the Canadian Restaurant and Foodservice Association and sponsored by VISA.
The next edition of HostEx will take place at the Direct Energy Centre at Exhibition Place in Toronto, March 2-4, 2008, in conjunction with the 2008 Canadian/-International Food and Beverage Show.
In addition to HostEx, CRFA shows include: the Canadian/International Food and Beverage Show (Feb. 18-20, in Toronto), the BC Food Service Expo (Mar. 4-5, in Vancouver), ApEx (Apr. 15-17, in Halifax) and ARFEX (Fall 2007 in Alberta).
