Products New ProductsGrubbrr has a line of self-ordering kiosks and contactless ordering systems that is affordable, adaptable and easy-to-use for quick-service and fast-casual restaurants looking for solutions to COVID-19 challenges.
By eliminating face-to-face interactions with cashiers, Grubbrr’s products have helped customers feel safer and allowed restaurants to not only survive, but pivot and thrive during the pandemic. At a time when many restaurants have been forced to close, the company is reimagining how the restaurant industry can operate in future.
In addition to restaurants, the systems are being applied in stadiums, entertainment facilities, casinos, hotels, micro-markets and retail.
The company received the 2020 Applied Technology Award from QSR Magazine.
“While the need for technology in almost every industry has become essential due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Grubbrr is glad to be at the forefront to help businesses streamline operations,” said Sam Zietz, CEO of Grubbrr.
“Efficiency will be key to future restaurant operations, especially as it relates to labour,” said Sam Oches, editor of QSR Magazine. “Technologies that allow restaurants to strategically redeploy their workforce while also improving the guest experience and enhancing kitchen operations will help restaurants set themselves apart from the competition and improve their bottom line.”
