20, 2012 – Globe Food Equipment is introducing a new electronic digital
timer on the SP62P 60-quart pizza mixer and SP80PL 80-quart mixer.
The new digital timed control allows the operator to select a precise
mixing time that can be saved for the next mixing batch. The non-timed
digital manual control allows the operator to maintain the speed and
time for mixing with a one-touch start and stop operation.
Other features available on both the SP62P and the SP80PL include a
rigid cast iron body, heat-treated hardened steel alloy gears and
shafts, power bowl lift, automatic safety shut off, safety interlocked
bowl guard and bowl lift, and a complete heavy duty stainless steel
bowl, spiral dough hook and bowl truck.
