Garlic Democracy to open first two locations

Feb. 19, 2014, ON Ontario – The Garlic Democracy Corporation
will open its first two Garlic Democracy Italian Eatery locations in Ontario on
March 1.

The initial restaurants are in Stoney Creek (259 Queenston
Road) and Orillia (975 West Ridge Boulevard).

Garlic Democracy, a fast casual Italian restaurant, is
looking to offer optimal customer service and fresh, made-to-order meals in
minutes. The entire Garlic Democracy concept is based on empowering the
consumer to have the ability to customize their order from start to finish.

“The menu at Garlic Democracy enables customers to have the
ability to add an array of toppings to their pizza, pasta, or salad entree for
one set price,” said J. Floyd Harris, CEO and founder, in a press release.

With 12 years of retail experience and a passion for food, Harris
is positioning Garlic Democracy to help usher in Canada’s migration into fast
casual dining.

Garlic Democracy also touts a customer loyalty program that omits
the usage of a physical customer loyalty card. All customer data is held in the
Garlic Democracy customer loyalty database. Customers retain loyalty points and
receive a free entrée after 10 entrée purchases.
