G14 manual slicer from Globe

January 25, 2011, Dayton, OH – Globe Food Equipment has released its new 14-inch, G14 medium duty manual slicer.

The G14 has a 14-inch diameter, hard chromed, special alloy hollow ground knife. The knife cover interlock is designed to prevent operation when the cover is removed, and the knife ring guard covers the non-slicing portion of the knife, protecting the operator from the knife’s edge. Food can be sliced to a thickness of up to 9/16-inch.

The slicer is made from anodized aluminum and features seamless edges and radius corners, designed to make it durable, stain resistant and easy to clean.
