HD View launches POS for U.S. brand Pizzafire
HD View Technologies has launched a proprietary point-of-sale (POS) software designed for franchises and multi-location restaurants and will work with U.S. brand Pizzafire to install the new system.
Designed specifically with the franchise and multi-location retail segment in mind, the full-service IT company's POS solution will seamlessly integrate its client's businesses, products, customers, and payment systems into one easy-to-use platform, announced the company, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of HD View 360 Inc.
The company signed its first letter of intent with Pizzafire, a build-your-own brand with 19 stores in the U.S., to supply its POS system technology to all locations. The system will allow the growing restaurant chain to more efficiently staff, save time on menu updates, and keep closer tabs on new locations, HD View said.
"While working closely with our franchise partners, we saw a void in their point of sale where the software wasn't customized to the business model. This made training longer and more expensive," said HD View 360 chief executive officer Dennis Mancino.
"We will customize our POS according to the type of business we're targeting-even down to the most detailed features like beautifully designed high-definition graphics and customized label tabs associated with the product or services the client is selling," Mancino said.
HD View Techonologies plans to offer the POS on a SaaS licensing model that allows users to access the system from any computer with a secure internet connection for a fixed monthly rate.
Together with HD View 360's merchant processing fees, the POS positions the company to acquire two streams of monthly recurring revenue while attracting new franchise clients and increased profit margins for its shareholders
The company has partnered with South Florida-based software developer pi2 Inc. to carry out programming of the POS. They project completion of the system by the end of 2017.
