Freeze food fast for better safety, storage

Master-Bilt has introduced its new Master-Chill MBC model reach-in and
undercounter blast chillers and freezers.

The
MBC series of self-contained units are designed to rapidly and uniformly
decrease the temperature of hot foods to either a chilled or frozen
state. A quick temperature reduction is intended to enhance food safety,
increase storage life and improve production efficiency.


The
MBC Series features their newest patented technology in blast chillers and freezers
with the Food Identification Controller (F.I.C.), which monitors temperatures
in the core, beneath and on the surface, preventing surface freezing and
degradation as well as preserving nutritional values of the food.

These models join the existing Master-Chill roll-in and pass-thru
versions.
