Ottawa – Dairy Fresh Farms Inc. have proceeded with the name change to Energy 1
Corp., further to the closing of the merger with Monarch Energy Corp.
According to the
company, a new board of directors and new officers will also be announced
shortly replacing the current board of directors and officers of the company.
The company has also sold its oil and gas assets and beverage technology to
solely concentrate its efforts on developing and marketing the Energy 1 LIFE
revolutionizing technology.
"This is another small step achieved towards creating sustainable shareholder
value for years to come," said Ian Morrice, president of Dairy Fresh Farms
in a news release. "The technology developed by Energy 1 is truly
remarkable and can truly change the way we look at energy storage.”
