The DXM features a digital temperature control with display, full range thickness adjustment knob, swing out design for easy placement of dough, quick lube fittings for simple maintenance, and a stainless steel design that takes up minimal space.

Dough balls can be flattened into pizzas up to 18" in diameter and the aluminum upper and lower platens, with optional non-stick coating, are easy to wipe clean.
