Dutchess Bakers’ introduces new dough press line

make-up equipment.

Now available are single and
dual heated dough presses for making pizza crusts, tortillas, flat bread and
more. Various methods can be used including cold press, warm press and hot
press depending on the product and desired results. Cold and warm press methods
allow finishing by hand for the “hand-tossed” look and quality.

The Model DUT/D-TXM-2-18 Dual
Heat press can be used with the top or both platens heated making it an
extremely versatile performer in almost any product. Other models are also
