Crop insurance claims soar in Saskatchewan

July 14, 2009, Sask. – Farmers in the Kindersley area of Saskatchewan have filed an
unprecedented number of claims for crop insurance midway through the
growing season, according to preliminary information from the
Saskatchewan Crop Insurance Corporation.
