
Carbone Restaurant Group puts Modern Meat plant-based products on the menu

The group said in a news release: “By offering inclusive menus with a commitment to high quality, CRG has plans to expand with more healthful enjoyable options. Partnering with Modern Meat is the first step in providing delicious sustainable cuisine for all our customer bases. We are very pleased with the menu items we have been able to put out thus far and plan to continue to release more items featuring Modern Meat products as we expand in the future.”
Modern Meat makes soy-, gluten-, nut- and GMO-free products with no artificial preservatives or additives.
