Canadian Pizza joins roundtable on labour shortage and automation trends

Canadian Pizza editor Colleen Cross and Bakers Journal editor Naomi Szeben joined host Jamie Bobyk of Apex Motion Control for an episode of Apex’s Office Hours.

It was a Zoom roundtable meeting where we talked about automation, trends, spending, labour shortages and solutions with a particular focus on industrial bakeries, in-store bakeries and pizzerias.
