Free webinar on business communications hosted by CFIB

Features Business and Operations business communications cfibToronto – The Canadian Federation of Independent Business will hold a free webinar on Feb. 28 and again on Feb. 29 to update businesses on new communication trends and walk through some of the tools and software you can use to communicate smarter with staff and customers.
According to the CFIB’s website, operators who are savvy and keep on top of communication trends are more likely to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Kevin Smith, chief marketing officer at SelectCom, will lead the webinar, entitled “Powering up your business communications.” Smith, who has spent over 14 years in enterprise sales and marketing, specializes in using storytelling and strong visual elements to craft and deliver powerful messages that get attention and results.
