Bigbrews Technologies Inc. can turn any pizzeria, pub or restaurant into a brew pub in as little as 160 square feet of floor space … if your beer sales are currently reaching around 25 kegs a month.

Bigbrews administers the entire “Total Premium Brewing System”™ from start to finish, allowing an establishment to sell their own privately-branded draught beer at a premium price.  The system is completely turnkey – Bigbrews takes care of the brewing, cleaning, sanitizing as well as general maintenance.

“The operator does not have to go into the brewhouse – there is no labour – all keg-handling and tapping is removed,” said president and founder, Ronald Zien.

The Vancouver- and Toronto-based company monitors the equipment and product using their own web-based data monitoring system.  When customers access the Bigbrews System Display via the World Wide Web, they can monitor temperature and product “poured” vs. product “sold,” accounting for every ounce dispensed.

The Stainless Steel vessels hold about the same amount of beer as 20 standard-size kegs.  “That’s 2000 pints of beer before anyone has to go to the back,” said Zien.

Not only do the self-cooled vessels free-up extra cooler space, they’re an eye-catching component to any establishment.  Most of Bigbrews customers, including some recently appointed high-profile clients (names yet to be disclosed), stage their micro-brewery vessels, creating an ambiance and attraction to accompany their new brand image and draught unique to their region or menu.

With help from Bigbrews’ marketing team and award-winning Logo, Branding & Design Services, differentiating your establishment with your own private-label brand has never presented itself in such an easy and sustainable strategy.

The “Total Premium Brewing System” is a seemingly cost-efficient solution to the problems often associated with establishing a brew pub, namely high capital costs, space requirements and employing a brewmaster.

“We can save an operator over 30 per cent of their beer sales … Our prices are static for five years, while big breweries increase prices every year, the gap between our prices and theirs gets bigger and bigger,” promised Zien.

Then comes the catch…

“Currently, operators need to be going through 25 kegs a month.”  Otherwise, the Bigbrews system isn’t worth the monthly rental fees.   The monthly rental agreement includes all equipment, brewing supplies and services.  For those who are going through a high-volume of beer, Bigbrews assures their micro-brew system will reduce the cost of goods and improve profitability.

The potential for differentiating your establishment as a pizzeria with its own private-label is invaluable.  Just imagine it: “our light lager is light bodied, smooth yet dry … goes great with our signature seafood pizza.”

OK, we may not all be beer aficionados, but we understand the undeniable value of differentiation.

Bigbrews’ “Total Premium Brewing System” is available in Vancouver, Vancouver Island, and in the Greater Toronto Area.  Further agency expansion is planned for other target markets in Canada and the U.S. For more information, visit www.bigbrews.com or call 1-866-244-2739.
