Botticelli Foods range of tomato sauces certified ‘Whole 30’

Botticelli Foods has a range of jarred tomato sauces that are certified Whole 30.

They work well in pasta, stews, cold served chicken sandwich, meatball sandwiches, dip for bread sticks or mozzarella sticks.

Currently run by the fourth generation of farmers and grocers from and in Sicily, the family-owned and New York-based brand, from the Asaro family established in 2002, celebrates its 20th year of jarring and bottling Italian products from Italy.

The company offers a range of premium products grown, packed, and produced in Italy.

The line includes 20 plus sauces suitable for classic tomato-based recipes made from closely monitored tomato farms in Italy; alfredo, pesto and primavera; balsamic vinegars and jarred pantry goods such as pre-made antipasti.

Flavours include roasted garlic, marinara and spicy vodka.
