Boston Pizza is doing its part to help the Slave Lake community recover from a devastating forest fire.

May 25, 2011, Edmonton – Boston Pizza is doing its part to help the Slave Lake community recover from a devastating forest fire.

On May 25, the chain will donate five dollars from every medium and large pizza sold at its Alberta locations to help rebuild the Slave Lake community.

“With a Boston Pizza restaurant in Slave Lake, we have been following the events over the past few weeks very closely and this fundraiser will help our friends and neighbours during this difficult time,” said Alan Howie, regional vice-president for Boston Pizza International.
