Boston Pizza adds Canadian-beef burger, dessert burger to menu

Richmond, B.C. – Boston Pizza’s summer menu includes a 100 per cent Canadian beef burger, a dessert burger and signature sparkling beverages with no added sugar or artificial sweeteners.

 The Most Valuable Burger, or MVB, is a 100 per cent Canadian beef patty made with only salt and pepper and topped with the chain’s signature cactus dip, real Canadian cheddar cheese, Boston Pizza said in a news release.

The chain also introduced a new dessert burger, made up of ice cream and chocolate ganache sandwiched between two sweet potato buns.

On the beverage front, Boston Pizza has come out with its own label of Handcrafted Quenchers made with no added sugar or artificial sweeteners. The sparkling beverages, which are all under 45 calories, are available in black raspberry, cucumber and lime, and mango and ginger. 

Also new for summer are Asian shrimp salad, grilled soft tacos and Mediterranean flatbread.
