Bakery Showcase set for May 1-3, 2016

Mississauga – The Baking Association of Canada’s next Bakery Showcase 2016 will take place May 1-3, 2016, at the International Centre in Mississauga, Ont.

The BAC said in a news release it is anticipating greater exhibitor interest as the baked goods exports are on the surge due to current favourable export opportunities, especially to the United States.

Bakery Showcase 2016, held every two years, will also feature a new expanded seminar program with the full schedule to be announced early in 2016.

The trade show attracts North America and international suppliers of ingredients, baked goods (semi-finished, finished, frozen) baking equipment, packaging, technology and services. Attendees to the exhibition are bakeries (commercial, wholesale, retail and in-store), bakery cafés, food service, grocery stores and other suppliers to the industry.
