Bakery Congress returns to Vancouver

industry will come together to see, touch and taste the latest and
greatest baking products and services at Bakery Congress 2013, to be
held May 5 and 6 in Vancouver.

industry will come together to see, touch and taste the latest and
greatest baking products and services at Bakery Congress 2013, to be
held May 5 and 6 in Vancouver.

The event is held in Vancouver once every four years and will showcase
manufacturers, wholesalers and suppliers of baking ingredients,
decorations, semi-finished and finished products, frozen and par-baked
goods, baking and packaging equipment, supplies and the latest
technology.
 
Among this year’s show features will be a partnership between
instructors and students at Vancouver Community College and Vancouver
Island University, who will be conducting demonstrations in the
specially built bakery on the trade show floor. Bakery Congress 2013
will also welcome Mr. Craig Ponsford as a special guest presenter.
Ponsford is a past chair of the Bread Bakers Guild of America and
previous winner of the Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie in Paris.
