New dough press from Dutchess

November 30, 2009 – Dutchess has added an economy priced dough press to its product line.

The Model DUT/DM-18 Press (clamshell style) will press almost any product using either warm or cold temperature settings. This dough press is designed for pizzerias, bakeries and/or delis that would like the benefit of making their own high quality, fresh made pizza crusts and flat breads.
