Aramark launches pizza brand
Aramark is bringing Topio’s, an old-world style pizza with modern flavours and spices, to college and university campuses throughout North America.

pizza with modern flavours and spices, to college and university
campuses throughout North America.
The company claims that Topio’s pizza is made using fresh pressed dough for thin crusts, organic tomatoes and a traditional blend of mozzarella and Asiago cheeses. Slices can be customized with a variety of spice blends, including Smokin’ Hot and Cheesy Hot. The menu features a daily creation pizza, and traditional favourites, such as cheese, pepperoni and vegetarian, along with stromboli and calzones.
"Topio’s was created based on extensive, proprietary research with today’s young people around the country," said Naala Royale, vice president of marketing for Aramark. "Our customers want a pizza concept that stays true to old world tradition in terms of great dough, sauce and cheese, but brings an element of customization with the infusion of modern flavours and spices."
