All-Clad Canada is introducing a D3 Stainless Ovenware collection featuring seven new durable and versatile ovenware pieces that feature the brand’s three-ply bonded technology.
The collection is being branded as ovenware rather than bakeware to emphasize its versatility.
The new ovenware collection includes roasting sheets and baking pans in two functional sizes, a jelly roll, a cooling rack as well as a roasting sheet and cooling rack set.
The roasting sheets are ideal for baking pizzas, cookies or roasting vegetables. Available in 10-inch x 14-inch or 14-inch x 17-inch, these sheets feature a flat surface able to accommodate a variety of portions, a raised rim to contain liquid emitted while cooking, and an angled grip for safe removal from the oven.

The ovenware features three-ply construction and a heat-responsive aluminum core between durable stainless-steel interiors and exteriors.
It is made using premium metals for safe use under high temperatures (up to 600 F) and with all utensils. It is designed to be warp-resistant and dishwasher-safe.
